Izica Assessments supply Home Information Packs (HIPs), Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and
Floor Plans throughout England and Wales.

We are fully compliant with the Home Information Pack Regulations and our Energy Assessor is registered
under a Government approved accreditation scheme (NHER), giving you the peace of mind that your HIP is supplied by a
reputable and regulated company.

Izica has been granted full membership of the Independent Pack Providers Assossiation (IPPA). The IPPA is
one of only two organisations recognised by the government website direct.gov.uk as having suitable redress and quality
standards to protect the interest of consumers in the provision of HIPs.

As a full member of IPPA we conduct ourselves in conformance with the IPPA Code of Conduct. We are insured
