Getting a HIP with Izica Assessments is easy and straightforward. Here's what happens:

Step One: During our initial discussions an appointment will be made for an
Energy Assessor to visit your home and carry out the Energy Survey. We will arrange for the
Property information Questionaire to be completed.

Step Two: Once you have ordered the HIP we will send you (and your agent if required)
a confirmation e-mail.

Step Three: We then compile the Index and Sale Statement, and once we have received back
the following documents:

Land Registry Title and Plan
Energy Performance Certificate
Property Information Questionnaire (PIQ)

we email you (and your Agent) with confirmation that your Estate Agent can start marketing the property.
Generally, this is within 48 hours of you placing the order, subject to you being able to grant access to
our Energy Surveyor and returning the PIQ within that time.

Step Four: Finally, once we have received the remaining documents from the Local Authority and
Water and Drainage Provider, we e-mail you the completed Home Information Pack . We also keep a copy on our
database so you, your Estate Agent or your buyer's Solicitor can access it at any time.
